Compliance & Audit
We offer extensive experience in compliance and enforcement within the NSW liquor industry. All consultants are former NSW police officers with a minimum of 10 years specialist experience within a local licensing unit.

Our consultants have experience as licensing Sergeants within high-risk prescribed precincts and major entertainment areas including Kings Cross, Surry Hills, Sydney City, the Rocks, Eastern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs.

All consultants have undertaken specialist training, including the NSW Police Licensing Education Program, and have delivered specialist training to licensing police officers through the NSW Police Licensing Fundamentals coursework.

Having undertaken thousands of venue inspections across all liquor licence types and instituted hundreds of compliance actions, we are well placed to identify and remediate compliance issues.
Applications & Probity
Our consultants have assessed and conducted probity on hundreds of liquor licence and authorisation applications, providing submissions to the Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority on risk, mitigations and objections.
